Shipping Policy

Every Firth & Holm piece is made to order in small batches, so each order takes a little time before it ships. Here's what to expect.

Production

Your items are printed and finished after you place your order. Production usually takes 6 to 9 business days before your order leaves the facility. Expedited orders are moved to the front of the line.

Shipping options and cost

At checkout you can choose:

Both cover shipping within the United States. Expedited speeds up production and transit.

Delivery estimates

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 6 to 9 business days. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order is in their hands.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you'd like to order from outside the US, email us at firthandholm@gmail.com before you place your order and we'll see what we can do.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange a reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at firthandholm@gmail.com and we'll make it right. See our Returns Policy for details.
